If your organization is seeking financial support, you can download the Contribution Request Form below. All requests must include the required documentation and demonstrate how the funding will benefit Huntington and its residents. Completed forms will be reviewed by City Hall as part of our commitment to making every dollar count for a stronger, more resilient Huntington.
